I initially used it on Solaris 2.8 boxes, now I'm using it on Gentoo Linux 64-bit boxes. In the course of time I made some minor additions and fixes to the tcpxd-1.4 code base. Here's what I did: - Added support for the tcpwrappers library - Fixed the code that incorrecly processed the results returned by the gethostent() function - Added support for a pid file Maybe you find these additions and fixes useful and want to make it available to others (see attachments). Once again, thank you very much for this great piece of software!
