Title: harmless boot messages unknown key

Symptom: messages appear at boot as a result of installing the
package, the messages read:

udev[889]: add-to-rules: unknown key 'PRODUCT', in bus
udev[889]: add-to-rules: unknown key 'DEVNAME', in bus

Workaround: ignore

Analysis: the /etc/udev/rules.d/99-bp3.rules file contains a flaw that
generates these messages.
